My office is in Bakersfield, California. I see individuals, couples, engaged couples, families and children.
I have been married for 35 years. My husband and I have four adult children. I understand the joys and challenges that both marriage and parenting bring to life. When our youngest was in high school, I went back to get my Master's degree in Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy. We have lived overseas and traveled extensively. My profession has been enriched by my life experiences.
My hobbies are traveling, gardening, reading a good book, exploring my creative side in painting and decorating. I am involved in both the community and in my church.
I was born in Arizona and at a young age moved to Guadalajara, Mexico. After graduating from high school, I attended the University of Arizona in Tucson. I am bilingual and bicultural in English and Spanish. Additionally, I speak French and Portuguese and am able to do counseling in these languages as well.
